Artist's Statement

Since childhood I've had a fascination for drawing and painting, which started at first as an attempt to capture the objects in my surroundings. A pastime that has now evolved to a genuine desire to bring out the beauty of the simple common objects usually overlooked and unnoticed in our fast paced life.

I intend to expose the essence of the tangible subject using lines and colors, intuitively placing lines and colors on paper or canvas with a feeling of actually sensing the surface of the object. A process that is entirely guided by heart and feelings.
